Waivers can be downloaded off of the website (under Club Info\Club Documents) or some will be available on the 1st day of camp. Players need to wear athletic gear.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR TRYOUTS?

Please have your child dress in athletic clothes and court shoes. Bring plenty of water and snacks as needed. We will take breaks accordingly throughout the tryout sessions.

Teams will be chosen at the conclusion of the tryout, so please note that meetings will immediately follow and deposits will be required to hold your players spot.

DEPOSIT:

Should your athlete be chosen, a non-refundable deposit will be due at the team meeting following the tryout. This deposit is required the day of tryouts in order to secure your player’s position on the team (No Exceptions). The deposit is the initial payment of your season fees.

Deposits can be accepted in check, money order, cash or credit/debit card payment (*note there will be a 2.5% fee for all credit/debit card transactions).

POST-TRYOUT MEETINGS:

Following the tryout, all athletes that are selected along with their parent/legal guardian will go through the Parent/Player Agreement committing to Texas Heat Volleyball and sign the commitment paperwork and complete their deposit payment. Players will meet their coach if they’ve been assigned.

We will discuss further detailed team/season information at your first team meeting in October.
